CATV EDFA Mid-Stage Access Amplifier

         EDFA (Erbium-doped Fiber Amplifier) is a special kind of optical fiber. The rare earth element (Er) is injected into

the core, so that under the action of the pump light source, it can directly amplify the optical signal of a certain

wavelength. Its birth is a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of optical fiber communication. It makes long-distance,

large-capacity, and high-speed optical fiber communication possible. It is an indispensable important device for

DWDM systems, future high-speed systems, and all-optical networks.

        X-krama's X-CEMSA-00 series is an intermediate-level access fiber amplifier specially developed for the

dispersion compensation of CATV ultra-long trunk lines. The X-CEMSA-00 series consists of a low-noise pre-amplifier

(PA), a Booster Amplifier (BA), and two-stage amplifiers. There is an access connector between the two-stage

amplifiers, which can be easily connected to the dispersion compensation module (DCM). It provides the simplest and

most effective application for the dispersion compensation of CATV ultra-long trunk lines.

        X-CEMSA-00PN series: The optical power is adjustable. The user can adjust the output optical power of the

whole machine in the range of -6dB~0dB by pressing the buttons on the front panel in ±0.2dB steps. It can provide

redundant backup for system upgrade and aging.     

       The X-CEMSA-00 series uses the world's top brand pump lasers and the American OFS erbium-doped fiber.

Perfect APC, ACC, ATC control and good ventilation and heat dissipation design ensure the long life and high

reliability of PUMP Laser. RS232 and RJ45 provide serial communication and SNMP network management interface.

The LCD on the front panel provides the working parameters and alarms of the whole machine. When the light is lost,

the laser is automatically turned off, providing laser safety protection. All optical ports can be installed on the front

panel or on the rear panel.
